How to pay for your order

It's easy!

We accept Interac e-Transfer as our principal method of payment. 

To send your payment, simply login to your personal online banking and send the total amount of your invoice via Interac e-transfer to: [email protected].

For customers who reside in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA) and select our "Same Day Delivery" option, we also accept cash on delivery if you select "Pay by invoice" as your payment method. 

If you are a customer who resides in the GVA and would like to use our "Pay by invoice" payment method, please note that you must first complete your first two (2) transactions with us by paying via Interac e-Transfer. 

For more information about the "Pay by invoice" payment method, please read below after the "Important to note:" section. 

Interac e-Transfer:

As long as you send your transfer to the correct email address ([email protected]), your payment will be automatically deposited into our account; meaning you will not have to send us a password for us to deposit your payment.

Some online banking ask for a question and answer to set up a payee.  If that is the case for you, set the question as "brand name" and the answer as "steppingstone". Please do not make up your own question and answer.

Please include your order number in the message option of your transfer.

Important to note:

Payments sent to [email protected] will be ignored and eventually cancelled. 

Please make sure you send your payment to the correct email address, otherwise your order will not be confirmed as paid.

Orders must be paid in full before being processed.

Orders pending payment will be automatically cancelled after seventy-two (72) hours; you will receive a payment reminder prior to cancellation.

Our prices include tax and any additional fees, aside from applicable shipping costs listed at checkout.

Pay by invoice:

The "Pay by invoice" payment method allows customers to pay for their order via cash on delivery. 

As this payment method deals with cash, "Pay by invoice" is available ONLY to customers who reside in the GVA and select "Same Day Delivery" as a shipping method. 

"Pay by invoice" is available ONLY to customers who have COMPLETED their FIRST TWO (2) transactions with us by paying via Interac e-Transfer

This means that if you are a new customer with us, you must pay for your FIRST TWO (2) orders via Interac e-Transfer before being applicable for our "Pay by invoice" payment method; this is company policy.  

While we are more than happy to welcome new customers to our Stepping Stone family, we also value the safety and time of our drivers; hence why we need to verify that our new customers are serious and reliable.
